- Refund Policy — Your Store You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Exchanges are offered for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. Certain items are marked final sale (e.g. clearance, personalized, intimate apparel) and are not eligible for return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Damaged or defective items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or full refund. This policy is for information only and is not legal advice. Have a licensed attorney review before publishing.
This is a starting draft. State laws (California, Massachusetts, New York) may require additional disclosures.
