Cookies we use

Strictly necessary — authentication and session cookies that keep you signed in and protect against CSRF. These cannot be disabled without breaking the app.
Preferences — remember UI choices such as sidebar state and theme.
Analytics (optional) — if enabled, aggregated usage stats to help us improve the product. No individual profiling and no ad targeting.

Third-party cookies

Razorpay — sets cookies during checkout to prevent fraud and complete payments. Applies only on payment pages.
Google OAuth — sets cookies during the Google sign-in redirect.

Advertising

AIFlowBiz does not currently show third-party advertising on the app dashboard, pricing, billing or payment pages. If we introduce ads on content pages (blog, help centre, free tools), we will update this policy first and describe the ad partner and the cookies they set.

Controlling cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will sign you out and prevent parts of the app from working.
