1. Who you are contracting with
AIFlowBiz ("AIFlowBiz", "we", "us", "our") is operated by Satyam Rai ("Seller"), an individual proprietor based in India. By creating an account or otherwise using the AIFlowBiz website, dashboard, AI assistant, automations, or any related service (together, the "Service"), you ("you", "Customer") enter into a binding agreement with the Seller on these Terms.
2. Acceptance
By signing up, signing in, or continuing to use the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Notice. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business. If you are using the Service as an individual, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.
3. The Service
AIFlowBiz is an AI-assisted business operating system for small businesses to manage sales, customers, billing, inventory, staff, ecommerce orders, and related operations. Specific features available to you depend on the plan you have selected (Free, Pro, or Business) and may change from time to time as the Service evolves.
4. Account credentials and accuracy
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when signing up and to keep your business, billing, and contact information up to date.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose;
- send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited communications through the Service;
- infringe any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person;
- upload malware, attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or otherwise interfere with its security or integrity;
- scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without our written permission;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service except where permitted by applicable law;
- resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Service available to third parties outside the scope of your plan; or
- circumvent any usage limits, plan gates, or technical restrictions.
6. AI features
The Service includes generative AI features (the "AI Assistant", automation drafts, and similar tools). You agree that:
- you will not use the AI features to generate illegal content, hate speech, harassment, sexual content involving minors, deepfakes, malware, or content intended to deceive or defraud, and you will not attempt to jailbreak or bypass safety filters;
- you are responsible for the prompts you submit, for how you use the outputs, and for confirming that you have the rights to any content you input;
- outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date and must not be relied on as legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice without independent verification by a qualified professional; and
- we may remove, restrict, filter, or refuse outputs, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly misuse the AI features.
Subject to applicable law and these Terms, as between you and us, you retain rights in the content you submit ("Inputs") and in the outputs generated specifically for you ("Outputs"). If you believe any Input or Output infringes your rights, contact us at support@aiflowbiz.inand we will review and act on substantiated requests, including removing infringing content and, in the case of repeat infringers, terminating accounts.
7. Your content
You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display the content you upload to or generate through the Service (customer records, invoices, inventory data, messages, etc.) solely to provide and improve the Service to you.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and AI prompts and pipelines, is owned by the Seller and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your plan and these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
9. Plans, payments, and billing
Paid plans (Pro and Business) are billed on a recurring monthly or yearly basis as selected at checkout. Payments are collected directly by the Seller through Razorpay checkout. The Seller is the merchant of record for all orders and is responsible for billing, invoices, taxes (including GST where applicable), and customer support.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your Billing page. Your paid access remains active until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically refund previous payments. Refunds are only provided where required by applicable law or approved by support for duplicate, failed, or incorrect charges. 11. Service availability
We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use rules. We will, where reasonable, give you notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue first.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. You may export your data for a reasonable period (typically 30 days) before we delete or anonymise it in line with our Privacy Notice.
13. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold the Seller harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Subject to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, the courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms.
