Sidebar → AI Intelligence → Business Autopilot. You'll see suggested goals based on your data.

Describe what you want
Type something like 'Send WhatsApp when an order is shipped' or 'Alert me when stock is below 10'.

Review the drafted workflow
Autopilot lists the trigger, conditions and actions. Edit any step before turning it on.

Turn it on
Once enabled, the workflow runs against your live data. Logs appear in Automation → History.

Iterate
Tweak goals or pause workflows from the same screen. Autopilot learns from your edits.

Only if you've connected an approved WhatsApp Business API provider. Otherwise it stays in preview mode.

No — Autopilot is a Business-only feature. Pro users see a preview.
