AIFlowBiz is used by small-business owners, ecommerce sellers, staff and support agents across India. These Community Guidelines describe how we expect everyone who uses our support channels, shared workspaces, comments, reviews, referrals or public content to behave. They apply alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Be respectful

Treat teammates, our support team and other users with basic professional respect.
No harassment, hate speech, personal attacks, threats, slurs or discrimination based on caste, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality or language.
Disagree with ideas, not people. Keep it constructive.

Be honest

Do not impersonate another person, business, brand or AIFlowBiz staff member.
Do not post fake reviews, fake testimonials, fake support requests or fabricated screenshots.
If you are affiliated with a competitor, disclose it when you comment or review.

Respect privacy

Do not share other people's personal data — phone numbers, email addresses, Aadhaar, PAN, GSTIN, bank details, order details — in public forums, reviews or comments.
Inside a shared workspace, only invite teammates who have a genuine need to see the business data. Remove staff access when they leave.
Do not export or forward customer data from AIFlowBiz to third-party tools unless your customers have consented and it is lawful in India.

Follow the law

Use AIFlowBiz only for lawful business activity. Do not use it to sell restricted or prohibited goods, evade GST, launder money, defraud marketplaces or send unsolicited bulk messages that violate DND / DLT / TRAI rules.
Respect intellectual property. Do not upload logos, images, product descriptions or copy that you do not have rights to use.
Comply with the terms of every marketplace, payment gateway and messaging provider you connect (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Nykaa, Myntra, Shopify, WooCommerce, Razorpay, WhatsApp Business).

Keep the platform safe

Do not attempt to probe, scan, brute-force, reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or otherwise disrupt the AIFlowBiz service or another tenant's data.
Report security issues privately to security@aiflowbiz.in — see our Security page.
Do not upload malware, phishing content, illegal content, CSAM, or content that incites violence.

Support etiquette

Give us enough context to help — the page you were on, what you expected, what happened, and any error message. A short screenshot usually helps.
Do not share passwords or one-time codes with support. We will never ask for them.
Support hours are 10:00–19:00 IST on working days. We aim to reply within one working day.

Reviews, referrals and public mentions

Reviews of AIFlowBiz posted anywhere should reflect your actual experience.
If you receive a referral credit, discount or free month for a public mention or review, disclose that relationship (for example, "#ad" or "referral").

Enforcement

Serious or repeated violations of these guidelines may lead to warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, workspace suspension or account termination, depending on severity and intent. Illegal behaviour will be reported to the appropriate authorities. Decisions are made by the AIFlowBiz team and are final, subject to the appeal process below.

Appeals

If your account or content has been actioned and you believe it was a mistake, email support@aiflowbiz.in with the subject "Community appeal" and a short explanation. We review appeals within 5 working days.

Reporting a violation

To report a violation of these guidelines — including harassment, impersonation, fake reviews, privacy leaks or unsafe content — email support@aiflowbiz.in with the URL, a description and any supporting screenshots. We treat reports as confidential.

Changes

We may update these guidelines as the product and community evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the Last updated date at the top of this page.
