AIFlowBiz is built for Indian small businesses and ecommerce sellers, many of whom rely on mobile devices, low-bandwidth connections and assistive technology. We want the product to be usable by everyone.
Our target
We target conformance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA on all public marketing pages: home, tools, pricing, blog, answers, help, about, contact, legal and trust pages. The authenticated dashboard is on the same roadmap and improves with each release.
What we already do
- Semantic HTML landmarks (
header, nav, main, footer) on every public page. - Keyboard-navigable menus, dialogs and forms — built on Radix primitives with visible focus states.
- Text contrast reviewed against WCAG AA. Body text uses dark navy on light glass, not pale-on-pale.
- Alt text on informative images; decorative visuals are marked
aria-hidden. - Motion-sensitive animations wrapped in
prefers-reduced-motionqueries. - Responsive layouts down to 320px width. Tap targets on mobile follow the 44×44px guideline.
lang="en"declared at the document root and a valid page hierarchy (singleh1).
Known limitations
- Some data tables inside the dashboard are still being upgraded with proper row/column headers and captions.
- PDF invoices generated by AIFlowBiz are not yet tagged for screen readers.
- A few third-party embeds (Razorpay checkout, marketplace connect screens) inherit their vendors' accessibility level.
